Greenspace is not involved in the management of networks and is not involved in the decisions relating to the focus of networks or the content uploaded or published.

As the creator of your network, you are responsible for managing your network in compliance with our terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions include terms that apply to all groups and users of GreenspaceNYC, whether they sign up for membership, browse through the content of our site, or generate content within the site.

You represent that you are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, representations and warranties set forth in these terms. If you are using or creating a network in the GreenspaceNYC site as a representative of a company or legal entity, I. you represent that you have the authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of that company or entity, and II. You agree that the terms "you" and "your" in this Agreement refers to your company or legal entity.

By registering with us or using or browsing GreenspaceNYC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you can stop using the GreenspaceNYC at any time.

GreenspaceNYC is not for children younger than 14. Anybody under 14 years of age should not use GreenSpaceNYC. Any person who provides their personal information represents to us that they are 14 years of age or older.
